Why We Built This Site
One event may produce several files that never merge into a single official record. The Washington County Sheriff's Office keeps its reports and local booking material. Washington Combined Court keeps filed charges, orders, and dispositions. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation maintains fingerprint-supported statewide history, while corrections and registry systems answer different questions. The site brings the verified request routes, fees, and office details into a clear county reference.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Colorado court, law-enforcement office, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
An official copy must come from its custodian, such as the sheriff, the court clerk, or the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes displayed on some pages. Their own terms, prices, and result practices apply. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. Washington County Criminal History does not set the provider's charges or control its results.
