Colorado Registration Levels and Requirements
Colorado does not publish a simple Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III table for Washington County. Duties depend on the offense, designation, repeat history, and other facts under CRS 16-22-108 and 16-22-113. Importing the federal 10, 25, and lifetime tier model would misstate the Colorado system.

Community Notification and Lawful Use
Washington County registry information is for awareness and safety planning. Community notification can include the public website, Sexually Violent Predator processes, and opted-in ZIP alerts. Cross-state review is available through NSOPW, but that service relies on contributing jurisdictions and cannot correct a delayed local report.
Use registry information lawfully: Colorado prohibits harassment, intimidation, threats, endangerment, and illegal retribution. CRS 18-9-310.5 makes specified misuse or false statements in obtaining protected juvenile information an unclassified misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 for each violation.
